Overview
Propane Man is a true vilgilante, and a prime example of why anti-vigilante laws exist. He has taken it upon himself to address the wrongdoers of society, and met with success, however his methods have been highly criticised: Criminals he has apprehended have frequently been subject to severe and permanently-disfiguring burns, and the collateral damage he causes sometimes rivals the destruction caused by those he pursues.
Description
Propane Man wears a simple looking but strong exoskeleton atop flame-retardant clothing. His face is hidden beneath an metal mask which includes brighness protection.
Origin Story
Fed up with the authorities playing it soft with criminals and emboldened by the rise of superheroes, Propane Man decided to take matters into his own hands. To accomplish his task, he developed a powered exoskeleton capable of running on a standard propane tank, hence his name.
Personality
Propane Man may seem to some to enjoy what he does a little too much. He is unmoved by pleas from those he pursues and while he doesn't try to involve innocents, believes those caught in the crossfire are victims of their own mistakes. However, he claims to be acting for the good of society and to that he does what he does to prevent greater deaths down the line.
Powers
The man beneath the suit has no superpowers, but the exoskeleton he created is no joke. It is a tough nut which can augment his strength, fly through the air, and is equipped with a flamethrower that wouldn't be out of place in a war zone. By default, the suit runs in a 'safe' mode, burning the fuel at a moderate pace. By releasing limiters and opening all valves, the suit's abilities can be boosted to extreme levels so long as supplies last, but safety limiters exist for a reason and the more these valves remain open, the greater a chance of a catastrophic failure.

Complications
Propane Man has made a number of enemies on both sides of the field. However, there is a subset of the population that enjoys his straightforward and evening-news worthy approach, at least as long as it doesn't affect them directly.
